The software is very easy to use and well organized for pet grooming I have a very positive experience it is very helpful to keep the data in one place and help to manage it well

We recently explored ThePetsMonk for our pet grooming business and had a very positive experience. The software is thoughtfully designed for pet grooming salons, covering bookings, automated reminders, client management, payments, and other essential operations in one place. A special mention to Manisha, who was extremely helpful in organising the demo and patiently took my team through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the onboarding/demo experience completely hassle-free. Overall, a great experience with ThePetsMonk so far. Their understanding of the pet grooming industry and focus on simplifying salon operations really stands out. Looking forward to exploring the platform further!

Have been using petsmonk for our pet grooming and home boarding business , and it’s very user friendly and easy software to use . They also check with you to get your feedback and they are improving and expanding the software . Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend Pets Monk enough! 🐾 I’m a solo dog groomer, so having everything in one place has made such a difference to me and the way I run my business. It’s so easy to set up and personalise, and I love that I can send reminders to clients without having to worry about keeping track of everything myself. The team have been absolutely amazing too. They’ve been so helpful getting me all set up, and any little bugs I’ve come across have been sorted really quickly whenever I’ve reached out. It’s made things so much easier and more organised for me, and I’m really happy I found it! Highly, highly recommend Pets Monk! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great software, easy to use, great support. I’ve used other platforms but this is by far the easiest and best support
