If I could do 0 I would. So they have a fragrances priced at 189 and also had a discount on it at first I was hesitant cause it was niche but I did it anyways after researching I went with it. The ended up canceling my order I asked why and they never responded. After looking back checking to see if maybe it stocked out it wasn’t that. These idiots cancelled my order and raised the price to 288 and never responded. I have a small business and I get there’s P&Ls. But if you had something marked at that priced and I purchased you can’t change the price after. Whoever did this ignorant crap it’s bad for business. They literally changed the price the day of they canceled don’t buy from here spend the extra 10$ and get it from a better site.

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We completely understand why this situation is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment. We want to assure you that your order was not canceled to increase the price. The product you ordered is a very rare item, and we made every effort to source it for you after receiving your order. Unfortunately, it is currently out of stock from our suppliers and unavailable. You can also see that it is now listed as out of stock on our website. Please keep in mind that the prices of rare and limited-availability products can change frequently based on supplier availability and market conditions. These price changes are determined by the supply chain and are not the reason your order was canceled. Rather than keeping your order on hold with no estimated restock date, we made the decision to cancel it and process your refund on the same day so that you would not have to wait unnecessarily. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain the situation. Kind regards, Customer Support
