I am very happy with my choice of The Perfect Workout. After the completion of physical therapy following a total knee replacement, I researched options to continue my conditioning. After, consideration of several options, I chose The Perfect Workout. I am glad that I have been able to use their expertise during these difficult days. They were quick to find technology to keep appointments during shelter at home. Now that the studio has reopened, the utmost care and attention to safety issues makes me feel very comfortable that my needs and concerns are a priority. I continue to make progress and am proud to be accomplishing greater goals. The idea of an appointment and working one on one is something that helps keep me motivated.

A knowledgeable & encouraging trainer makes all the difference. One on one training with a clean facility. Short sessions make it doable.

Perfect Workout is ideal solution for myself with goals to build muscle and strength in my body of 65 years. I have been blessed to have Sean at the Redondo studio as my personal trainer since returning from almost 4 months away from any workouts. He is outstanding motivator, and pushes me to muscle failure at every workout. He always asking how do I feel since last workout, asking if I have any aches, pain. He is very knowledgable with what he believes is "perfect workout for my goals. Sean is very concious of the importance of extra cleaning and sanitizing. Prior to Sean I enjoyed training with William. William is awesome, and very accommodating, and worked extra hard to find different, workouts so that you don' ever get tired of the same workout. Highly recommend you visit a studio for your goals to healthier body. Bonus I live close enough to jog, walk to the studio. Cheers!!

The work outs are fantastic. It is professionally run with experts trained to guide you on proper technique, incremental increases in weight, and steady progression if you are motivated to put in the effort. Best part is you feel great and it is a very productive use of your time. 2x a week for only 20 minutes per session. Hard to believe, that has been my experience.

The goal is to become stronger with each session than you were the time before. Gary is amazing at encouraging just a little more effort to build on your strength each session. While keeping form to avoid injury as a primary focus. Excellent trainer!

Jeanette is such an incredible trainer! She really knows her stuff...is knowledgeable, kind, very thorough and has helped me tremendously with core building, strengthening and always takes into consideration my lower back issues!

I love working out with Crystal. She is always highly motivational and pushes me to keep trying!
