Maggi Yule has been magnificent for me over a period of almost 3 years first in person and then on zoom. I am the person I am today able to be active with minimal discomfort because of Maggi. On top of her exercise and anatomical knowledge skills she is what I call a cheap psychiatrist!

I am so grateful to have found this type of workout. I have a chronic illness and working out has helped me more than anything over the years. However, as I’ve gotten older I have found myself frequently overdoing it in the gym and hurting myself. It seemed no matter what I did my strength and endurance were declining. This workout has changed that. At first, I thought it might not be enough, but I’m making huge gains in strength without hurting myself. This is exactly what I have needed. My increased strength is improving my daily life.

I love this workout. It might seem like 20 minutes won’t challenge you but you’d be mistaken. I’m usually sweating within 2 minutes.
