These guys have it figured out. I’ve been a Jeans guy for more years than I care to think about from $29 all the way to $350. These fit the best of all. If you haven’t yet give them a try. You will agree with me I’m sure.

The Perfect Jean NYC is the BEST, for both product and service. When you have an issue, they fix it - but in my case the issue was self-made. I ordered too large a size and they immediately made sure I could get the size that fit while making it super easy to send the larger pair back.

Pants needed a return. Done easily. No hassles, no nonsense. Return instructions received immediately and the process using Happy Returns is the best. Whole process including your shipment of replacement product and actual return drop-off was completed in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate your great customer service.

Needed to return 2 pair of jeans. Very easy transaction. Ty.

The TPJ Website failed to include the offered 15% Discount at Check-out, and the TPJ CSR addressed that situation quickly, professionally and competently... and the difference was credited back to my account without any problems! Yay!

Excellent customer service; an issue came up with my first order and it was resolved almost immediately during off-hours. It was also my first time ordering here…I was skeptical, but they have a new customer - fit me much better than my go-to’s: Levi’s or Johnston & Murphy.

Perfect product. Perfect customer service. Not easy to find in the big 2026. Please support this business, you won’t regret it!

Best stretch I’ve ever ordered. Filling up my closet quickly with TPJ!
