Report the business to the BBB. The only thing that delivery quickly on is a refund. They have been promising changes for the past few months but in actuality there hasn't been any. They will lie on their processing and delivery status. Their current offer is 48 percent off then after 2 months they give you another 35 percent off, then they never ship the product. Think what business with products that retail between 200-700 dollars is making their money with that much deducted from their pricing. You may be the one in 10,000 orders they actual ship after 3 months but this business is poorly ran and untrustworthy.

Where do I start… Legit site yes, but you’ll be waiting for eternity. I swear GTA6 will probably arrive before my package. I personally could run a better operation than these guys it’s genuinely not that hard. This is the perfect site for you if you plan on waiting decades because you won’t be getting ur stuff on time. Hurry up TheParfums you keep delaying everything it’s genuinely poor service. FYI I’ve been waiting all summer May-Aug

While the product is original and fairly priced, delivery time is terrible and communication is poor.

In the beginning, my God of Fire was delivered after 3 months of waiting. That was okay, to say the least. BUT this year is different, i placed an order back in February but it still hasnt arrived TO THIS DAY. They kept promising that theyre working on it a gazillion times but it never moved. People have been saying that they might pull a total rugpull on people and theyre maximizing how many people theyll be able to get money from. I decided to Trust TheParfums, even when everybody was against them. But this is the service I got. I will NOT recommend the parfums any longer. I gave them a chance and they broke it.

I would rate 0 if I can. Total scam company, they keep throwing random 14-18 days every time I contacted them. It’s been 3 months and still no updates. I requested a refund, hoping I can get my money back. No business should be allowed to do this kind of operations

I feel like it's my duty to write this for others. Just don't do it. U won't be saving because you won't receive your product. Trust what you read on here. Waited 7 months. Nothing. Waited 5 months for another one. Nothing. They will offer you discounts. They will make that expensive bottle even cheaper, but guess what? You won't receive anything but a bunch of promises. I spend an extra $100 to get my Amouage Reflection 45 but hey I got it in 5 days. I hope you get the message. JUST DONT DO IT!

Like everyone else, ordered 4 items in March and it’s now August and not a single one has shipped. Every time you reach out they say they will ship in “10-14 days”, rinse and repeat every 10-14 days literally for months. This is in violation of FTC law and I am sure they will get shut down any minute and are trying to do a cash grab while they can. In fairness they issue refunds quickly. Also I ordered from them in 2025 and they did in fact ship my product 3 months later, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the nearly 6 months since I made my new orders. However I have not heard of a SINGLE PERSON who has received a product from them in 2026. This also coincides with their suddenly steep discounts (48% last I checked). Not sketchy at all…

Ordered 2 times from them 1st time was October/November in 2025, took a month which was long but still arrived, they were new at the time so I was lenient considering it was a new company, to which they then earned my trust so I then placed another big order first week of January 2026. It is August 3rd, 8 months with no update in sight other than 20+ apology emails.. I tried my hardest to be understanding and give them delay after delay because the fragrances I ordered were such a steal at the time but at this point I finally broke and had to cancel my orders, truly the worst experience I've ever had with not only an online fragrance discounter but any online store I've purchased from. The sales are super tempting but like they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please save yourself the time and headache, cough up the extra 20-40 dollars on another reputable discounter, itll be worth it
