All I can say is BEWARE. Do not buy from them!! They will steal your money and have you waiting a few days shy to 1 month to still not receive your order. This is the worst experience I’ve had with purchasing a perfume online. I stay in Florida and there is no reason it should take almost an entire month to ship an item that’s not even back ordered when their website states they are located in the US. I have ordered from plenty of other reputable US based perfume websites and have never experienced this. I should have read more reviews because apparently I am not the only one this happened to. They are supposedly refunding the order now due to “unforeseen circumstances” and I am extremely disappointed.

They never ship. After 5 weeks, I finally recieved my fragrance. That is ridiculous. I ordered and received stuff fro other cites and these people were radio silent. I ended up canceling my last order cuz I could tell it was never coming. HORRIBLE>

Bait and switch. You place your order, they take your money, and then they tell you for weeks and weeks and weeks that the shipment is delayed again and again and again. Do not recommend ordering. Still haven’t received the order I placed on OCTOBER 23.

I received the wrong sized fragrance , they sent the small one instead of the 100 ml I spent a lot more for. They also took 5 weeks to get this shipped and delivered to me. Ridiculous.

I would give this 0 stars and would never order from them. Customer service is rude. They canceled my order only because ai wrote a bad review after asking them for an update on my order two weeks in. This was my last email to them and they never responded. I am reaching out regarding my recent order that was unexpectedly canceled. The cancellation was linked to a review I left about my purchasing experience on your website. I want to clarify that my review reflected my genuine experience as a first-time customer: the delivery delays, unclear communication, and the difficulty in obtaining an official contact email at the start of the transaction. Reviews, by nature, are intended to provide honest feedback to both the company and future customers. While I value transparency, I did not expect that sharing my experience would result in the cancellation of my order. I placed the order in good faith and would still like the opportunity to receive the product I purchased. If there were concerns about my feedback, I would have welcomed a direct conversation rather than a cancellation. I kindly ask that you reconsider this decision and reinstate my order, or at minimum, provide a clear explanation and confirmation of my full refund. I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter fairly and maintain a positive customer relationship moving forward. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response

I placed an order on 9/14 and as of 10/2 it still hasn’t shipped out. They’ve ignored two emails sent 9/26, and 9/28. Only after I aired out my grievances on their instagram, they offered to cancel the order. They’ve had my money in limbo for almost a month and I feel extremely cheated. I use Cashapp to shop online to avoid scammers playing with my banking info, and the refund should’ve been issued immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone! Bad business and terrible customer service. You’d think they were out of the country, but the company is in Utah. No legitimate reason to need 3 weeks to ship. Pure laziness and lack of appreciation for the people who spend their hard earned money with them. If I could give them zero stars I would!
