I wanted to test out this online casino so made a couple of smaller deposits in order to see what I thought. I’m glad that I cut my losses right away. I contacted customer service saying that I would like to delete my account. They asked me why, and I said because their slots do not pay anything in comparison to others. The RTP is awful! Even for the same slots elsewhere. They offered me a small bonus to stay before choosing to close my account. I accepted and said that I would use it and then decide if I would continue to use their casino. They replied that they closed my account anyway. Very rude customer service! They clearly don’t care to keep new people for long. Their loss. I spend quite a LOT and also win often elsewhere. I wanted to see how their customer service was, and boy did they show me! Terrible! I get treated so kindly elsewhere and that’s why I use those casinos. I even have casino hosts that are wonderful. I thought it would be fun to try this place as well. I would not use this site if I were you. There are others that are way better!
