Very unhappy customer, got a low resolution sticker, because they said it couldnt have a background and was a jpeg file, they dont send warningsbto change it, they just go ahead and print, result was blurry sticker and 3 weeks late.

Stickers arrive promptly. It looked very nice. Only problem is I believe I was short maybe 20 no biggie still got over 100. Will continue to order from them.

Stickers came out great. They got here later than expected. Was told originally May 22nd-25th but stickers didn’t arrive until June 5th. Customer assistance was ultimately helpful after what felt like a bit of a runaround. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

I waited over a week for my order and when I received the order I only got 93 stickers, I ordered 150 stickers not cool.

My stickers came out great. Much bigger than I was expecting & that was def a plus! I will be reordering again in about a week. Honestly thought I could beat the price elsewhere but after seeing them & the size they came out to… maybe not. & I got 1 free holographic sticker with my order.

Ordered stickers and received tracking information. Stickers were never delivered. Spoke with customer service, stickers were reissued and "shipped". I still haven't received tracking information, ogfactory website is down and I'm seeking a refund. 1/5 won't do again

Hi Tyler we spoke on 23rd regarding your order and we mentioned that your order was lost in transit since it has not been updated in USPS system. We remade the graphics and reshipped them out. Our deliveries batch are pick each Monday , Wednesdays and Saturday. The process was done on Thursday ( 2 DAYS AGO ) Also our website works perfectly fine www.theogfactory.com

There should be a proof review before confirmation printing , my last order was bad, the image was altered and I was not happy, hopefully this ones better

Order number 9398 did not request a proof or edit. That is the option you selected for quick processing. We ask all customers if you selected that option be know that what we print is what you upload and consenting to skipping the proof confirmation. While we know the review you given us is regarding suggestion towards proof review. That is the option that ( YOU ) selected at check out and it is on your order confirmation email. If you wanted a proof please then selected it at check out
