We sent three reminder emails before expiry, with options to continue from just £29.99/month or to keep everything included at £45/month. Update – November 5, 2025 We reached out to the reviewer, who shared that “Melanie is a fantastic writing coach, and I’m truly glad I chose her as my mentor — I’ve really enjoyed working with her.” We also offered a full refund, which she declined, choosing instead to continue with The Ninety Day Novel. We’re pleased she’s enjoying her work with her coach and finding the experience valuable.
