No product after nearly 5 weeks from purchase. Horrid customer experience. Without any advanced warning -- or even notice on their part -- after ordering the Nordbench four weeks ago their representatives said it wouldn't ship for four weeks after the purchase They mentioned a specific date. That date came and went. My purchase still has not shipped and they did even provide an update as to why. Is this a scam?
