I inquired about a car title loan. I gave a 2012 hyudai elantra 187k miles. Not only was I abruptly turned down , denied. The page dud not load any info. Its like I was greeted to be left standing at the counter and no one r r turned to help me. I waited for hours for someone to follow up with ne but they never returned. I finally called their office and was told I was rejected. My vehicle gas s trade-in value of 3k. I'm left felling the rejection at this mist stressfull financial time. Cold business on a hot day is not refreshing. Major room for improvement

I had a good experience with TNL car title loans. It did take a little longer than I expected, but I did end up working for them as an independent contractor. They are not perfect, but they are not bad either. I think just short-staffed.

TNL Car Title Loans is a very incompetent, subpar company. They prey on innocent borrowers and their onboarding/hiring process is ridiculous. Stay away from this inept fraudulent "company".
