The website misleadingly displays product prices without VAT. There is no mention anywhere on the site that tax is excluded until you reach the final checkout stage. This lack of transparency and poor communication feels incredibly unprofessional.

I had an issue with delivery. The company picked it up very well and compensated me. I hope costumer issues in near future will be picked up earlier to avoid annoying situations for both parties. If so than I can give this 5 star product a 6!

This is a life-changing product. I was even able to get it in Thailand. The regional distributor provides prompt and satisfactory service.
