old school customer service delivered
the initial order was easy . the lady was the celebrity from the commercials . Flexibility for install was great . showed up on time . Adam was super helpful , quick and knowledgeable. He had to sort out a shaw cable mess and was precise and accurate . tidy work with emphasis on making sure I was informed and happy /comfortable with the system overall and complete . paper work was done . basically smooth and knowing Adam was a 12 year veteran employee means he could fix anything . You can see the experience he had and confidence doing the job . Very happy with price as well. above and beyond what I expected after dealing with unskilled and unmotivated Telus or shaw people . Thanks very much.
