Jose who came to the house to activate…
Jose who came to the house to activate was awesome. I was not explained the full start up fee properly so therefore paid more than I was quoted which was a bit of a shock . Other than that all went well .

Service person really great- costs a bit high
Service person was really great - clear, knew his business, efficient. Cost of parts a bit of shock, especially when coupled with resulting higher monthly monitoring fee - no explanation as to why it costs almost 50% more per month to monitor.

We had service three year ago with ADT…

Great service
Great service, but my motion detector went bad just past 1 year from installation, and I had to purchase a new one. Equipment should have a better warranty, and replaced at not cost at least for the first 2 years.
