The installation was straight forward
The technician was respectful and knowledgeable. The installation was straight forward. i have been with the monitoring centre for years and i always like the quick responsive service. My only concern that there was waisted time to connect to the main office. which was more time than i expected because you charge hourly i felt that’s not my fault. At the end i didn’t have to pay for the waisted time which is great.

Adam,the tech who setup my existing DSC…
Adam,the tech who setup my existing DSC PC2500 alarm system was very knowledgeable and experienced. Karen, customer care specialist was very professional and helpful. But the lady who answered my telephone call was not kind and helpful at all on my question of the siren length once triggered. Karen gave me the answer when I contacted her by email.

I contacted them by email and the response was prompt and everything was explained clearly. Technician showed up at the scheduled time, was very professional and courteous. Everything seems to be working just fine. I’m glad I chose the monitoring centre.

My installer was lovely!
My installer was wonderful! He had a good sense of humour and was thorough. Unfortunately, he did not wear a face mask :(.

Hi Cindy: We do apologize ... our technicians are equipped with and are expected to wear face masks and gloves at all locations. Due to limited supplies, there have been some delays in some technicians being replenished with new masks but they are ALWAYS expected to have a face mask/shield on hand for use when visiting our clients.
