Hello, we ran into tariff issues that pushed out deliveries back a few weeks but you should receive your miswak sticks in the next couple of days. If you don’t I’d be happy to give you a full refund if you contact us at [email protected]. We’re two people trying to sort everything out!

Leaves bad taste in your mouth and splinters everywhere. Also shipping took a month and is expensive.

Sorry it wasn't what you expected, and that shipping took so long. The fibers that come loose when you chew are the miswak's natural bristles. Trimming the tip and soaking it in water for a few minutes makes them much softer. The taste is naturally earthy and slightly peppery, and most people get used to it within a few days.
