The servers may be cheap, but there is a reason for it. I purchased the Lapis pack and once more than 1 person connected to the server the latency clearly went up substantially and the game constantly micro-stuttered, Every entity would freeze every few ticks to where they looked like stop motion animation. Also, the "24/7" service is a joke. They regularly take days to get back to you when they say all tickets will be resolved in under 24 hours. Take your business elsewhere.

Seriously had to close my ticket just because I asked for my money back? Seriously, Just close down this compacy and service of yours. Something should be taken seriously to this terrible company

I have a server and a domain on TheMinecraftHosting. My server still works, but my domain has expired on June 19. When I search it in expired domains, I can't find it, so I just can't renew it. I've opened lots of tickets, but they simply closed them, without answering. Please, do NOT buy ANYTHING from this hosting, because they only steal your money!

The best service ever

horrible hardware. don't buy one of the big packages because their cpu's cant handle more then 10 people on one server. they actually shutdown my server when i tried to get a refund on paypal and they wont refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

Tried to set up a server with an already created world. When the files wouldn't upload (after multiple days of trying) I opened a ticket. Customer service would reply back implying that I was the problem because everything worked fine on their end. I have used multiple minecraft hosts before and I have never had as many problems with any host than I have had with this one. Not to mention how laggy the site was in general. I could barely do anything without waiting forever for a page to load or just getting an error. They don't even have any other way to contact them other than through the tickets. If you get the same customer service rep that I got, good luck getting anything done. The company obviously only cares about money and doesn't try to really help customers. I will be taking up the issue through PayPal.

(Very good prices and good services, sometimes they take a while to answer, but they have always helped me with my problems, i have a server for over a year and works fine!) EDITED: I was very happy cause the only time I had problems helped me (it took a long time but in the end they did) but days ago I hired a new 6GB plan (bigger than the one I had) and it has an error, and when I sent a ticket They told me that they were the plugins, I started testing and sent all the information explaining that it was their error, and they just deleted my tickets without saying anything, I send a ticket again asking for an explanation of why they deleted the previous one that contained all the information, and only deleted the new ticket again. They left me without explanation, Without help, And they didn't solve the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
