Awesome service excellent staff!!!

Please if you are reading this do not be swayed by the positive comments/reviews and low prices. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. They basically stole $200 ish from me. I swear to god I am not lying. I urge you to stay as far away from them as possible. In short, I purchased from them and immediately received terrible performance. I thought it was because I bought the low-tier set, so I upgraded two times. I went from 1GB of RAM to start off and set up the server, then increased it to 8GB when I launched it to my friends. When I noticed we were experiencing a lot of lag I upgraded to 12GB of RAM thinking that would help (take note I also bought the CPU priority, Dedicated IP, extra DDoS protection, and 2Gbit/s connection addons). Turns out it's the computers they run off of. I ran extensive tests and found out that it was because it was from their computers. I brought this to their attention and they completely denied it. After 2 years of trying to fix it myself and yelling at them, it was solved, but by then I gave them around $200. When I mean to yell, I mean like showing them mountains of hard proof it's on their end and them constantly denying it. I know 2 years is a lot, but I really wanted to make it work and I couldn't pass up an opportunity like this for the price (I very much regret this whole thing). I beg of you, please stay away. I regret not looking at reviews before purchasing from them. Please make the right decision and ignore the fake positive reviews. Save yourself from stress, time, effort, and money and don't buy from them, I don't know how much I can stress this.

Support team was very helpful. They helped me to solve an issue of my server. They were very clear with the instructions and also I had a rapid response from them. Thank you very much Minecraft Hosting Team!

Servicio al cliente PESÍSIMO. Parece que no leen los tickets que escribo, se dedican a dar soluciones "al aire" sin investigar un poco antes. Esto supone que la solución llega al décimo comentario en el ticket, porque las 9 anteriores ha sido hablar con una pared.

I had a server on theminecrafthosting a few months back and it was great! Had a great time. So now I wanted to get a new server and the performance was horrendous! I wanted to upgrade and when I paid, it didn't get upgraded even though the money was subtracted from my paypal. When I contacted support they told me everything is fine and then proceeded to delete my support ticket with no answer. Stay away from their customer support and service! I will go to another provider ASAP! Update: After I wanted a refund via paypal, because I didn't receive the product I paid for (the upgrade for my server) The seller answered with the same response the support gave me, about my server being upgraded, even though it is upgraded because I had to pay again so it would go through! And in the response the seller didn't want to give a refund, because I gave a bad review on trustpilot!!! Stay as far away from this host as possible! Highly unprofessional!

tps de 10 a 12, por ratos el ping de los usuarios llegan a 3000, la memoria se llena a full a los 30 minutos de prendido y el soporte demora en responder y no da soluciones. NO RECOMIENDO ALQUILAR EN ESTE HOST!

I've used a variety of hosting services before but none nearly as bad as this. Although the prices are low, the support response times are appalling. I used the service almost a year ago and luckily didn't have to be in too much contact with the company, but the server performance was terrible. Had a 6GB survival Minecraft server that couldn't keep up with strip mining. Unfortunately I made the mistake of using the service again recently. After purchasing the server space, I had to wait over a week to gain access to the control panel and actually begin using the service. By this time I had given up reaching out to their support as I wasn't getting any response and had moved on to another hosting service. They refuse to refund even though I asked within the first 24 hours (per their policies) for a refund. I'd steer clear of this service as there are much better ones out there for nearly the same price that give instant access, have faster and better support, and run the game smoothly on fewer GB. First support ticket got deleted, so I guess I inconvenienced them by bringing up my concerns, second took days to receive a response that had nothing to do with what I was asking. I once ran a network of 6+ servers on a service that went bankrupt and lost me nearly $300. I would recommend them over this service any day. Tl;dr They're basically a scam with terrible support and hardware. Prices are low but one dollar a month more for way better everything is worth it. I'd recommend a bankrupt service that lost me $300 over them.
