Los servidores son muy malos y los complementos de mejora son un robo porque no mejoran nada. Cuando quieres pedir el reembolso automáticamente te cierran el ticket, menos mal que lo compre por PayPal, espero que me puedan ayudar ellos, ya que los de TheMinecraftHosting se niegan.

Definitivamente no compres tu servidor aca, su SERVICIO AL CLIENTE ES MALISIMO.. CONTESTAN DE UNA MANERA TAN COLOQUIAL ESQUE QUE PENA TIRAR DINERO AHI, PARA ESO MEJOR QUEMA TU DINERO y encima dicen que solucionaran y no solucionan.

Customer service is slow and almost inexistent, the server has several problems of missnig ticks and high ping. Modded doesn't work even with 6GB of ram and two players. Had to ask paypal for the refund because no one was answering.

He comprado un servidor en esta pagina web para jugar con unos amigos y tener una buena experiencia de juego, pero todo en el servidor iba mal, lag, tirones y muchísimas más cosas. Escribí a la página para que solucionaran mi problema y me ayudaran a poder jugar con los mods que queríamos, etc.... Además pagué un trimestre que me costó una cantidad de dinero que no estaba mal pero para estar pagando un servidor inservible iba ser una estupidez. En conclusión, no compren servidores en esta página porque es una estafa y es mejor comprar el servidor en otra página segura y que te garantice que el servidor vaya bien y con las expectativas que esperas.

I really enjoyed using this to keep my minecraft world in, I didn't get an invoice one month and they terminated my server without any warning. When I submitted a ticket, they were pretty rude letting me know it was deleted so they weren't going to even look into it. I spent a year building on that server so it sorta sucks we've lost all that progress. What can you do? This is pretty awful customer service though.
