After purchasing a plan with the server, found that there was no way to upgrade my server to the most modern version of Minecraft. I asked support for help and received no response, then followed up asking for a refund. My support ticket was closed without answer. I've submitted another ticket since and after two days there is still no response. Go with MCProHosting instead.

Pésima experiencia. Cada vez que se cae el servidor se desconfigura todo y hay que volver a configurarlo, además la consola es la peor que he utilizado y hay que utilizar Filezilla para subir cualquier archivo.

really bad server specifications,the support sometimes helps you,and sometimes they close your ticket without care about your problem or question... that annoyed me a lot... the only thing what they have ``good´´ is the prizes but you know... cheap doesnt mean good.

Tengo 5 años siendo cliente de este hosting y es realmente barato, tan barato que aunque a veces haya lag y un ping altisimo, me aguantaba ya que el precio es muy accesible, pero estos ultimos meses su servicio de atencion al cliente ha sido nefasto... No lo recomiendo para aquel que se tome en serio su servidor.

Es un host bastante barato, diría que el mas barato aplicando sus cupones y así, pero carece bastante de un buen servicio al cliente, tardan demasiado en responder y no ayudan con sus respuestas. Pocas veces me falló el server pero las veces que se cayó, tuve que esperar varios días a que se reestableciera. Lo volvería a contratar si mejoraran un poco su atención a cliente
