Order took 9 months to arrive. I had totally forgotten I even placed an order. No communication about delayed shipment or anything. And of course all sales are final so I can't return the items I no longer need. Poor customer service.

I placed an order in May of 2022 and apparently completely forgot about it and they didn't send any emails about a delay in the order. I received it Jan 31, 2023. I had meanwhile purchased 3 of the items elsewhere because I never got them even though they were available for shipping at the time of the order. And since all sales are final I am unable to return. It should not take 9 months to receive items that were in stock.

I waited OVER A YEAR for my product. All of the emails I sent were left with garbage answers. All I was told was it was shipping delays from the distributor. That's poor customer service. Good customer service would have been sending out an email blast to your customers making them aware of the delay on a regular basis and offering cancellations for anyone who wished to do so with no fee. I don't understand how this is good business. I will never order from you guys again and if anyone asks I will tell them why.

Didn't ship out my preorder until I emailed about it. I'm sure they had it with them and just decided not to ship it out.

I can hear pieces of a figure bouncing around and package has been punctured due to shipping in only the cardboard the sodas came with. No packing at all.

I waited over a year for my item's then when I wanted a refund they refunded me for only 2 out of 3 item's then to top that they tried to rip me off for 2$ on the item's they said they refunded and forgot the $19.99 Venom Comic Cover Funko Pop I called my bank showed the order form where my banker showed me how the Mighty Hobby Shop tried to scam me..please buyer's remember do research on a company you buy from I wish I did mine on them I would've gave zero stars for the unprofessional acts by them... Yes 2$ or 30$ is fraud or theft and robbing your customers isn't a good look. To Julio since I can't reply you told Shop my Bank Chase saw you put down a refund of 29.98 or .99 cents I paid $58.98 so where is the other $30 since your so honest about returns and my Bank Myself and Affirm I didn't see the other $30 anywhere... seriously wish I could give this place zero stars. Buyer's be careful ordering Pre orders through them.

Sent me some damaged pops with blade cuts from warehouse. Msged them about being damaged and was ignored for 1 month. I finally msged to cancel all my other orders and they replied right away. I replied back about my damaged pops and haven't heard from them since.

Never received items. The Mighty Hobby Shop waited eight days to send out my purchased items. Thus, items arrived on the one day I was not home. Items were stolen. I tried to get in touch with them to maybe buy the items again at the original price paid. No response now going on 5 plus days. Terrible online store, would not recommend them at all. You are also forced to buy shipping insurance that does no good, what a scam. Should not be allowed to continue as a store. Shameful!
