Can respond to an email within a reasonable amount of time, but not provide status updates on preordered items 🤷🏻‍♂️

This company likes to steal clients money and hold on to orders. They are not trusty and you should not risk doing business with them. It has take them over a year, to deliver an item that they no longer have and after I emailed them to let them know wanted a refund more than 11 times in the past year, and let them know that I had changed my bank account info because I no longer have the same account( that’s how long it’s been) the only thing they said was they refunded to original payment lol. I explained again and they offered me a gift card as if I would want to spend more money or time with them. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from Mighty Hobby

Took them more than 3 months to fulfill my preorder so i cancelled. All of a sudden they told me they have a shipment ready. I still continued to cancel my pre-order and they took 25% INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COSTS to Europe. I would've understood if the 25% was based on the item value but to take it of the shipping cost too that doesn't even make sense 🙄 What a joke honestly..

Joke of a company. Doesn't honor their preorder cancellation policy if you ask to cancel since they haven't sent you your order in over two years.

Last to get product it seems. The worst part is support is extremely slow to respond. We are done and moving on from the company.

ordered this one year ago December 2022 now just showing up February 2024.

Never respond have had several orders unfulfilled and they continue to sell on amazon what I preordered almost a year ago. run this company is horrible
