Product is great and received in great shape, but the lead time was months. When I contacted the company about how long it was taking, they got right back to me. So, it would have been 5 stars if they waited to advertise the product when it was more readily available.

Some slight damage to box. Unsure if was from seller or shipping.

The box was slightly dented, but otherwise everything looked good and it was what I bought! It delivered relatively fast too.

Finally received my Preorder when I got home saw the packaging box was extremely beat up. As a result my Pop had some damage. IMO this isn’t The Mighty Hobby Shop fault but wish it was easier to contact them and inform them not to use whatever delivery service they shipped my item.

I think you guys package things well, despite some delays. And your customer service is EXCELLENT. Just absolutely amazing. But your taxes and shipping rates are INSANE. Other places that serve Funko pops allow me to buy a certain amount and then offer free shipping plus no taxes after that. It’s been a hassle to buy from you guys because of that reason. Everything else is great, but if you guys could lower your shipping costs, I would go to you guys every time. I just paid almost $15.00 in taxes and shipping for one item that cost. Also on further investigation, what is “Brownsville Municipal Tax”?? Seriously, please reconsider these extra costs-its really ridiculous.

It’s probably Funko’s fault but my figure was damaged

A long spring led to a longer summer, fall and early winter while I waited for word of my preorder. Well it finally arrived. I guess production and delivery from manufacturer was held up due to some virus. My patience wore thin but these guys delivered in the end. Thanks you guys.

I like this place. I didn't give them 5 stars only because they didn't have what I was looking for last time I tried. But overall they are good.
