Produced arrive safe just took about a year from order date to get it

The item i ordered arrived 2 years after i purchased it. the only reason they got 3 stars is because when it did arrive it was in perfect condition.

this was my first order. it was a preorder from almost a year ago that the date kept getting pushed back.. while i understand was probably not the companies fault. it still sucked to wait that long nonetheless.. preorders should not take that long to fulfill.. i was starting to believe this company might have scammed me but didn't turn out that way.. even though the pop i ordered did not come damaged the packaging wasn't the greatest by any means.. it arrived in a soft protector and essentially barely fit the box with not really anything paper thin padding..

The shipping was fast but it came in with prettt bad packing. The sodas were all loose in the box and came in pretty dinged up.

Didn't receive the first part of my order... emailed and no response

I did not receive the package that I have been waiting months for, now I am having to track it down by having to reach out to you all as FedEx will not help me with this issue. Update: I received the pops after a few days of the "delivery" date. Not the greatest experience.

Everything arrived well except the box. The box was damaged from the top and sides.

The items were in stock, shipping was quick. Packaging could have been better. Overall good experience.
