Order at your own risk
I pre-ordered and paid in January and never received anything about the order status. May 23rd I e-mailed and without explanation a tracking number created that day is replied. If I didn't reach out I would have been SOL

After making a mistake on the order I…
After making a mistake on the order I emailed them to resolve the issue. Haven't heard from them after sending two emails. They preach customer service in their website and they are not assisting in resolving my issue.

Worst service ever
The had a funko pop chase up for $10 on their site. They took it down but never gave me fair warning that I’d be receiving a common pop. When I’ve tried to get a return shipping label their site wouldn’t generate one so naturally I sent them an email and they promised to send me a label which never happened. This place sucks overall

Hi Michelle, package is showing delivered by carrier if you did not receive package please contact carrier you should have received shipping details through email. If you did not receive them please contact us. We have also issued a full refund for your purchase!

Your customer service is a joke! I paid for an order on 3/30 and here we are 4/7 and I have been emailing your company only for the last 5 days with no response!!! I’m about to call my bank and get my money back! Scammers!!!

We have not yet received this from Funko, we have issued a full refund at your command and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience and confusion this caused. The listing for the item you purchased clearly showed the release date of product!
