They sent me a fake pop. Anime pop had a fornite sticker in the window. How does that even happen???? But let's blame other folks. Yes they refunded me. But if your worried about authenticity maybe shop somewhere else.

We have fully refunded you and you got to keep an awesome Pop! Stickers are placed by humans and of course we see these errors very often unfortunately.

I ordered the Kakashi Anbu On January 20,2021. It arrived August 31,2021. Very unacceptable. Due to the high demand of this collection is took a while. But through those 7 months there was no update nothing. It was alright once I got it. But I could of purchased this some where else instead of waiting. Other than that it was a bit pricey. $24.85.

Hi Laura, the MSRP set by vendor is $20. We do have a shipping schedule where you can check when items will ship out to customer, we are a small business and we have no way to update every single customer this is why we created this schedule. https://mhssupport.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/4405010767117/en-us?brand_id=360001225492&return_to=%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Farticles%2F4405010767117

Hi Jose, I just checked your order and it looks like you ordered the common version of the AAA Anime Exclusive Kakashi Anbu Funko POP!

They shipped me a damaged funko pop. It was clearly extremely damaged before they put it in the shipping box and shipped it. It was in a protector but still extremely damaged with the protector damaged too. Shipping box was in perfect condition. They refused to refund me because it's part of a common and chase variant. They had the audacity to blame me and say that I was lying and that I was trying to con them out of a chase (which i did not receive). If you need a refund from them just do a charge back with your bank and say it was a fraudulent charge/never received the item. I hope they go out of business. First and last time I will be shopping here.

Would have been better if I got my full order that was said to be shipped... Still no response to my email about it either.
Response from MHSSep 5, 2021
Hi Dave, I deeply apologize for the error. We have created a replacement order for you and we will send the missing Soda as soon as our allocations come in. Enjoy your Labor Day weekend!!!

MHS really let me down with this one. PreOrdered the very second it dropped. When it released somehow I got stuck waiting for months for another shipment. When I finally did receive my Pop it looked like someone cut their hand on the protector and blood was left on the box. Disappointment all around.
