After 6 months past my expected ship date I decided to cancel my pre order because I was able to pick up the pop in different store. The fact that you charged a %15 cancellation fee is theft you provide no update and customer service was useless. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER GO ELSEWHERE! Will never be back. And will continue to warn people about the way you run your business. Seriously just all around awful experience.

Bad customer service. Preordered a Funko back in July and no longer needed it. They wouldn’t start a return because possible chase. Sorry, I can careless if it has a possible chase variant or not. I will admit it is my fault I forgot a preorder I made over six months ago. However, plenty of other retail stores would refund an item you no longer want regardless of something like that. I’ll be taking my business else where.

New customer to the Mighty Hobby Shop and I will never return. I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this is needed. My collectible 10” Funko arrived severely damaged and they refuse to return it for a replacement or refund. So I spent $60 for nothing. I am a huge collector and this will be well talked about in our circles and communities. Absolutely horrible service. I would have been a customer for life but after this, never again. *Update* The response below speaks for itself. Whoever responded obviously didn't see how damaged the product was upon arrival, and doesn't care either. And if they did see it, you see first hand why you should NEVER purchase from this business. There are way too many other business that truly care about their customers to shop here. Believe me. This one order literally cost them thousands and thousands of dollars in future business from a big collector like myself and they don't have enough business sense to know it. If they only knew who I was and how much I spend on collectibles. Do yourself a favor and AVOID them at all costs. You'll be happy you did.

Hope this response finds you well. Our returns policy clearly states all sales are final on items that have a possible chase and we don't guarantee mint condition on these items. We were forced to update our returns policy last year due to some clients damaging items when they didn't receive a chase variant and returning them. Recieved totally destroyed $50 Pops. Becaus there was a chance at chase they refused replacements or refund and eventually just started ignoring my messages
