Got an incorrect item and haven’t heard from help desk over 2 business days later

Well I received a package that I was trying to cancel. So I’d say it was a horrible experience

I don’t understand how a site that sells funko pops for a living CAN NOT ship them properly. No bubble wrap was added to protect the pop just a piece of paper on top the pops came completely trashed .

Recieved my product and the bottom of the funko has a very large crease in the cardboard. I purchase for Co ditio. And the pop

If I could give this experience a zero even the -0 I would. First of all I waited over a year for a pre-order that never once did they send me a follow up email to let me know that the package was delayed or any sort of similar message. I then canceled and asked for a refund to which they cleaned I can only receive in the form of gift card balance, so I was forced to spend that money on their website anyway. After that once I received my order in the mail they sent me the wrong Funko pop almost like they did it on purpose I would not recommend the shop to anyone I’ve ever met or haven’t met. Thanks mighty hobby.

I ordered 6 Killua pops and didn't get a chase. if buying 6 doesn't guarantee a sealed box you should have said so! It's my problem for not suspecting the price it was in but you should have mentioned that buying 6 won't get a chase. This'd be my last purchase from your shop because of that.

Never received my item when contacted by customer service was told it’s shown to be delivered and was not their problem
