I needed a plugin for selling domain names. After trying a few plugins, I finally settled on this one and am very satisfied with it. I had an issue with the background image—you could select it, but it didn’t show up—and with translating specific plugin text into Dutch. I created a support ticket, and both issues were resolved within 24 hours. I was advised to use Loco Translate for translating the plugin-specific text, and once that was done, everything worked perfectly. Good, fast, and friendly support.

Really impressed with ThemeAtelier's support. I bought their Eventful plugin and hit a snag when trying to create a new showcase. I opened a support ticket, they took a look at my site, and had it sorted within a few hours. I'm genuinely happy with what the plugin can do too—I can now display events in timelines, carousels, and a bunch of other great-looking layouts.

I was looking for a dark mode plugin for my website after a contact suggested me to add dark mode to my website and I could not be more satisfied. I had some issues with the coding/styling but the support team was able to give me a solution. I give this plugin the highest of recommendations.

Themeatelier's Darkify Dark Mode plugin creates a very pleasing balance of shades in dark mode, which is very important for me as some of my students are dyslexic and visual clarity is essential! Easy to install and setup., but I had two things I couldn't figure...a check box, and targeting content in an iframe (h5p). I created a short video for support and they solved it within 90 minutes. I found a second problem, which they solved in less than an hour! When I say 'solved it' I mean I gave them access and they went in and did the work! Incredible support! If you need Dark Mode for your website, look no further!

I just installed Themeatelier's Darkify plugin on my site and I love it! It's excellent for users who prefer a dark theme, especially at night. I also had a question after the install and support was super helpful and quick to respond.

Truly never dealt with better support than this. I was sceptical at first to spend money on this plugin, but after having dealt with a couple issues, and support getting to replying to my support tickets in less than 1 hour, I am no longer disappointed for having to spend money on this plugin. (I am not one to spend money on plugins often. Very rare!) So definitely had to leave a 5 star review if not for support alone; the plugin itself is absolutely perfect! Does exactly what I want, and then some! :) Couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!
