This was truly the best experience I have ever had buying something online. Not only did I receive tracking information, but personal emails along the way updating me on the status. When I called in with a question, the phone was answered right away by a person who gave me awesome advice. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you so much for all of your great customer service and support.

The Maker's Chest took the time to actually call me to check in, see if I had any questions, and let me know the laser I purchased was on the way. Now this is a service that you simply don't see a lot of these days. I don't think I've ever received a phone call from a company that sells equipment, and I've purchased some REALLY high-dollar equipment in the last 30 years. They will have my business forever. Looking forward to purchasing from them again. Todd Branchout Wood, Metal and Laserworks Loveland, CO

Thanks Tim! It's surprising how rare it is for a phone to be picked up by a real person these days! We do pride ourselves in not just directing you to "AI" and giving our customers the opportunity to consult with real makers for advice who are not just pushing a product. Thank you for your feedback.

My experience with The Maker's Chest was top notch. From our first communication, they understood our specific engraving needs and were able to make some recommendations that we would have never though of! We ended up going with one of their engraving bundles as it was a perfect package for us and at a great price. Thanks so much to the team for their expert advice. Delivery was also super smooth and I can't recommend these guys enough.

The experience was super. Since day one, I felt the welcoming, the sensation I was not alone. They reach out to me to ask about me, and the purpose of my buy to see how can they help me. I received a number of links that were beneficial and helpful to the small business development. I also made the mistake to buy the software when the bundle package I bought came with it, and they let me know of the double purchase to make sure It was not a mistake. They refunded the money right away. That is Honesty in a whole new level. The CEO reach out via email to also tell a little about them and introduce himself to me in a really nice video. I am extremely impressed with the attention to their customer. Keep it up... you just gained another partner for life. To whoever is looking to buy from them do not doubt it one bit. I highly recommend this company.
