Slow to receive order
My order wasn't dropped of to USPS until 5 days after I placed the order. The order was all in stock items.
Response from The Mag ShackApr 7, 2026
We're sorry you had a bad experience. Our records indicate that your order was placed on 3/24, and it was shipped and received by USPS later that same day. It's possible that USPS didn't update the tracking page for several days, even though it was moving through the network. We apologize for the confusion, please reach out if there's anything more we can do.

This business is dishonest!
This business is dishonest and not to be trusted! I bought a couple of mags and the smaller one was crushed in shipping apparently and didn't function. Couldn't load a round! They wouldn't send me a new one to make it right. I don't know where the review came from it wasn't me. All I wanted was a working mag for my Glock and they would do nothing.

Hi there, in addition to accepting most major credit cards, we partner with Sezzle, which offers "Buy Now, Pay Later" payment options. We apologize for the confusion. Update: We see you've edited your review, we are sorry to hear that one of the items was damaged in transit. Please email [email protected] and we will be happy to resolve this issue.

My go to for mags for sure! Order arrived quickly, exactly as shown! I upgraded my carry with authentic Canik 21 round mags, now carry 64 rounds of 9mm hate in my shoulder rig. Next, the Colt 1911s....
