The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

Have only tried the service once with a very nice villa booking in Niseko but everything was great, will definitely use the service again in the future.

The help given by the team is good and responsive. They have been helpful in finding my villa and within the budget. Now, I am liaising with the Concierge team to make sure my stay is perfect. I won't accept anything less. I still have not stayed in my 'villa' yet which is only next year! Will keep things posted here. Only thing I have to complain is the quality of the line contacting them i.e. in Australia (via phone) was very poor. Not too sure whether it was a VOIP connection. Theluxenomad, please look into the matter especially when clients like me had to make an international call from Malaysia. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Easy , efficient, service, comparable rates to other sites, everything ran smoothly last time and am using them again this time.

Excellent service. And will basically take care of all the needs you requested.

This is the first time using The Luxe Nomad. They responded to my email quickly. Provided me with various options on my accomodation and the whole process was completed so efficiently. Prices were good. Staff communication was excellent. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Company did everything to suit our needs and we contactable 24/7 Very satisfied customer

It's pretty simple really, we don't think we'll ever travel without using Luxe Nomad again. Eight weeks out from proposing to my girlfriend, I wanted to arrange an amazing and magical setting for the big night. I'd heard about Luxe Nomad through a friends experience previously, the idea was to have someone in the know who I could consult with to ensure that what I had envisioned would come to fruition. From the get go, Stephanie, Aidee and team instilled a high level of confidence that they understood what I wanted and that their recommendations and concierge assistance would deliver just that, a perfect experience, setting me up for a perfect night! It wasn't easy to pick from all the excellent options offered by the Luxe Nomad concierge and now my fiance and I (she said yes!) can't wait to be spoiled for choice again by the team. p.s. Aidee thank you so much for helping us out when we were stranded between Colombo and Male due to fight complications, you really saved the day. p.s.s. this one's from my fiance... I feel like I've just stepped out of a dream, thanks for your input into the most incredible experience of my life! Speak to you re the wedding and honeymoon :)

I have been working with theluxenomad.com now for almost 5 years since i was introduce to their site. The founder and the Team have been so amazing with their support and their service. On my recent travel to bali earlier this summer, i had booked last min trip with the team and they found the best accommodation for me in Canggu. We loved our stay and all the offers that they had tried to get us were all honored by the hotel and to our surprise they had also upgraded our rooms to a much larger villa with no extra cost. It was all offered to us because of the Luxe Nomad Team. I am based in L.A and so I am a bit un familiar with some of the places I am visiting, However, when you do a booking thru the luxe nomad, the team ensures to give us all the "must do list" and best restaurants. This really makes me feel so comfortable and its just makes the holiday so much more relaxing. Its almost like a Private concierge service just for me. What really made my last trip so amazing was their respect and support during the holiday. ON my arrival they had mentioned that there was some issue with the Payment for my trip, however, They just informed the hotel to not trouble us with it and they contacted me after my holiday and everything was settled. I am sure this has lots to do with the relationship of being a valued customer for so many years and so I respect the company and team to respect my holiday and everything was done after the trip. This is what I recommend has First class service for my travels. Thanks again to the Luxe Nomad Team and Keep up the amazing service that you'll provide. Looking forward to planning my next trip with you'll soon. Regards, Groovy Singh Manhattan Beach California.
