Had a pleasant experience dealing with Sophie. She was quick and detailed with her responses. Unfortunately things did not work out in the end but LuxeNomad would definitely be my go to place for my travel needs in future.

Very impressive customer support! Even though we didn't make it in the end her (Chloe P.) professional advice has helped us gain better understanding on accommodation options around the area we're about to visit. Will definitely seek their assistance again for our next adventure!

Ling has been wonderful - super efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. The turnaround time in responding has been exceptional - even late at night and over weekends - and when Ling was unavailable his colleague Chloe stepped in seamlessly to assist, both of them being proactive and ensuring every question was answered. I have locked in our accommodation at AYA Niseko for January 2019 and have now been handed over to the concierge team, who appear to be maintaining that same high professional standard and have provided me with all kinds of information in a user-friendly format. Very impressive.

We have not yet gone on our trip but from the moment I enquired about a Villa from the Luxe Nomad site to confirming my booking, the Nomad Travel Curator, Chloe, has been very helpful and responsive. We look forward to this trip and with the help of the Luxe Nomad Concierge, we know it will be a great one! Thank you!

Super fast responses with the booking team, i tried to get comparable quotes from other companies, but these guys were just so fast to answer all my questions efficiently & promptly! If your allocated team member was away, another person would easily email you back which was great. I was able to make all my booking requirements at night time/after work as The Luxe Nomad was still happy to email me back with the info i was after. Highly recommended so far!
