This is our second year booking a Japan trip to Niseko with The Luxe Nomad and we will continue to do so each year. All the team that we have dealt with go above and beyond to make the trip as seamless and organised as possible. Their response time is excellent and the service is so professional.

Niro from Luxe Nomad was amazing from the start. As first timers to Niseko, Niro’s help in booking accommodation, transfers, lift passes and dinner reservations was exceptional. Any questions we had were dealt with in a prompt, clear and cheerful manner. Could not recommend them more.

Aidee and the Luxe Nomad team helped us and 2 other families in Niseko with finding accommodation, booking restaurants and karaoke night and organising transport over the busy New Year period. They put together a great itinerary for us that was easy to follow and made changes for us as needed and were super helpful. Will definitely use them again when we return to Niseko.

I found luxe nomad when I was 'price shopping' online for a specific few properties for a ski trip. Not only were they cheaper than any other site I came across (for exactly the same property + dates) but once I was in their orbit they were SOOOOO helpful. Niro emailed with comprehensive instructions and offered other services I had thought I'd need to organise myself. Always quick to respond by email with advice and links, they were great.

Joey and team did an excellent job with making sure the reservations for my skiing trip were done smoothly and in good time. They took the hassle out of me having to make separate bookings for accommodation/ski lessons/rental/lift pass/bus transfers from airport. Besides that I didn't have to absorb the credit card transaction fee plus when booking through a concierge most of the paperwork is already done so one doesn't spend too much time standing around filling forms! Highly recommend using The Luxe Nomad - I would use them again and again.

Joey and the team from Luxe Nomad has been an excellent support prior and throughout our Phuket trip. She is VERY efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a problem, she will promptly discuss it with my assistant and did her very best to resolve the issues. She worked through the late nights and over the weekends to make sure that everything went smoothly. The turnaround time in responding has been exceptional - even late at night and over weekends. Her coordination skill is excellent - all the logistics, meals, reservations, etc were well thought out and meticulously planned. Thinking through the plans and giving me suggestions I love that I wouldn't even have thought of! I didn't think that the Luxe Nomad would make such a big difference for our trip and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you from all of us on the trip!

A really can only think of good things to say about the team at The Luxe Nomad. They answered every inquiry in a friendly and professional manner, going out of their way to get us the information we needed, and helping us plan our vacation. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to book a holiday.
