Booking for our stay via Nomad has been a breeze thanks to our travel curator, Nikki. Nikki was prompt and polite in all her responses and was really impressed when she was able to value add and made a couple of good suggestions for my trip when the room I wanted was fully booked. Thumbs up to Nikki!

Excellent customer service. Booking representatives Ling, Nikki are professional, polite, patience, and responsive. Very pleased with their service!

first time booking with luxe nomad and they have been very helpful. will definitely use their services again. btw Grace was my travel curator and she's superb.

This was my first time arranging a holiday to Niseko with Luxe Nomad and they delivered high standards of great customer service. A big thanks to Alexandra, Niro, Reichelle, Felicity and especially to Aidee for a job well done, they made the holiday preparations so seamless, they arranged for everything from the hotel booking to the ski equipment rental and arranging for our ski lessons as well. They could also offer other complimentary services like airport transfers, booking of other snow activities and restaurant reservations, although we managed this on our own. I would highly recommend a stay at Hyatt House Niseko through Luxe Nomad, the apartments are well built and equipped, near the bus stop where all buses stop to go to various places of your choice, lots of restaurants and food stalls all within a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment and the staff at the reception were also professional and efficient. The convenience store was also just a couple of minutes walk away. I would highly, highly recommend Luxe Nomad for anyone wanting to stay at any of the properties that they deal with, I have never such an easy time arranging for holidays before!

We recently stayed at Konkuriito G - Yukibana in Niseko and booked with The Luxe Nomad / Niseko Central. The service was outstanding, we booked 6 months in advance and The Luxe Nomad always kept in contact with us and helped us organise everything from bus transfers to and from Sapporo Airport, to lift passes waiting for us at the accommodation on arrival, to booking restaurants and also giving us many suggestions. The accommodation itself surpassed our expectations, I can rate it high enough, I wish there were more stars! Everyone was super helpful but I'd like to thank one person in particular and that is Aidee T. Aidee's customer service was above and beyond, she made everything so easy and was a delight to communicate with. I have no doubt we will return again and we'll definitely be booking through The Luxe Nomad.

Thank you Luxe Nomad for organising my third trip to Niseko. Everything was well organised and all instruction clear. I cannot see myself using another travel company to organise my next ski trip to Niseko. Good job!

The Luxe Nomad always offered the super quality service. This is my 2nd time having the accomodation through them in Niseko. The team and concierge provides the quality service and arrangement. Thank you so much.

My family and I are just back from a vacation in Niseko arranged through The Luxe Nomad. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and would compliment The Luxe Nomad for exceptional service. From pre-travel amendments to my party, through to last minute changes to our departure plans (executed the day before we left!), The Luxe Nomad Concierge team (Aidee, Gabi, etc) responded swiftly and positively to our every need. In addition to the fabulous service we experienced from Concierge team, I would also like to note that the vendors used by The Luxe Nomad were also excellent. Our accommodation (Nozumi Views) was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids), and our ski equipment rental, lessons arrangements (both via NBS), etc, all happened without any fuss whatsoever. The airport transfers were seamless and we just had the opportunity to enjoy everything Niseko had to offer, without any issues or concerns with any of the logistics. I'd highly recommend use of The Luxe Nomad. We will certainly be engaging them again for our next visit to Japan.
