Ian C from Luxe was extremely helpful from the get go, he was great with thinking outside the box and Helpful in answering my questions considering the amount of questions I’ve thrown at him regarding my group holiday (to match everyone’s needs). Novia D was also reliable with following up, and was organised with all the additional information required. I will definitely recommend Luxe services to friends, because I know team representatives can Deliver a good reliable service.

Highly recommended! I will definitely use Luxe Nomad for all my future travels! They made booking hotels and activities a breeze. Always going all the way out for their customers and ensured timely follow ups on both ends. Despite me giving them the wrong information which resulted in an error booking, they were quick to rectify it and send me the updated booking voucher. I believe it would not be as smooth had I book it directly with the service provider. Thumbs up to Jessie for her amazing service. Will be sure to recommend you to my family and friends! Keep up the amazing work!
