Very good service!

This is our family 1st Skiing trip and to Niseko Hokkaido. The Luxe Nomad is helpful and informative from my pre to post trip to Niseko. I would like to Thank especially Tammy C whom have taken initiatives to assist me while I was busy with me working schedule while sorting out the skiing trip. All information provided are accurate and build my knowledge to confidently prepared well for the 1st skiing experiece. Thank you Tammy & The Luxe Nomad

This is my third time with Luxenomad. They have always been excellent with accomodation (alpen ridge this time, Ki Niseko and the Vale previously) and concierge services. Tammy has been particularly helpful and well-supported by other colleagues also.

It was a pleasure to have Niro attending to our request and we had a great time during our stay in Ki Niseko. Everything is just fabulous and we appreciate all the arrangement & attentiveness of Niro throughout the entire reservation of hotel, ground arrangement, ski with GoSnow. Our ski holiday at Aya niseko was super enjoyable. Jesse, in particular, was exceedingly helpful, thoughtful and patient in helping us with bookings and recommendations. Her responses to our emails were always very fast, And when I was slow in deciding or booking, she would send gentle reminders. Keep up the great work!!

We have the opportunity to be assisted by Jesse for our Niseko trip. It was our first trip to Niseko and Jesse is very helpful in giving recommendations on the duration of the visit, activities that we can do, map and transport informations, and other various information. He helped us with the bookings for hotel Skye Niseko, various snow activities (skiing, snow mobiles, and snow walking tour) with GoSnow, YamaRental, NAC, and dinner reservations at Sessa Hotpot. He responded promptly our questions and any last minute emails. He also regularly followed ups with any decisions that we still have to make.
