The Luxe NomadReviews of theluxenomad.com

Niro was quick to respond and always helpful with all aspects of our ski trip for a large group (accommodation, lift tickets, ski hire and airport transfers), and also provided some great tips and arranged reservations for local restaurants in Niseko. Reliable and well organized, a pleasure to deal with.

The concierge Niro G., was always very prompt and helpful! Thank you very much for making our trip very enjoyable.

Extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended especially for big group traveling needing multiple bookings for all sorts of things ranging from accomodation, transportation, gear, lessons, dinners and more. Thanks Luxe Nomad for a wonderful stay in Niseko!

Excellent service and response to all kinds of enquiry promptly! They helped me a lot for my ski trip in Niseko, including restaurant and lesson booking. Special thanks to Tammy who provided useful advices and information when I was planning my stay in Niseko and being patience with my late reply lol. Highly recommend to everyone.

Great service and quick response upon request! highly recommended :)

Excellent customer service! The concierge helped me to get in touch with a popular restaurant in Niseko which was not responding to my emails before my trip. They also booked our ski hire and kept us updated on our trip details before we arrived in Niseko.

This team are very quick at responding to my requests. They are super efficient, very friendly and I would continue to use their service in my future bookings again when traveling to destinations.

The Luxe Nomad are responsive and will go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing experience. Tammy and Ian walked me through the entire process, provided recommendations, helped book restaurants and plan an engagement surprise for my partner. Their rates were also spot on for the Christmas period in Bali!
