Jesse and the team provided an excellent service making planning a trip so easy - every detail was covered and reminders provided when necessary. As this was a special trip, we paid a bit more than usual and it was worth every penny. The hotel, ski rental and lift passes couldn’t have been better and The Luxe Nomad team made it all possible. Great trip curator. followed up regularly prior to departure and got everything right. The Luxe Nomad booked our hotel, airport transfer, ski passes and ski rentals. Our trip was delightful and completely headache free. Recommending them highly :)

Our concierge Jess has done a great job in preparing our trip. Very responsive to our requests in general and at the same time helpful with (alternative) bookings specifically. We are very happy with choosing the Lux Nomad and will contact them again for our next Japan ski trip.
