Very Professional, Warm and Efficient.
We've been using Luxe Nomad for several years to book our trips to Niseko, Hokkaido. Their service has been excellent, warm and friendly, quick, efficient and responsive. Luxe Nomad also have a wide range of properties available and there's always apartments and villas well suited to our requirements (location, features, quality and budget). Have also received help with transfers, equipment rentals and lift passes. Thanks to Tammy, Joey and all the staff at Luxe Nomad, who have helped us book and totally enjoy several trips to Niseko.

Great experience using Luxe Nomad
Great experience using Luxe Nomad. Tammy was very helpful during the preparation period of our trip, giving us the information we need on time, helping to arrange transfer and ski pass and following up on some refund (for some extra we cancelled). Thank you

excellent outstanding. helpful polite and 101% recommending to my friends
TLN was extremely helpful, flexible, accommodating of many changes, cancellations. penalties wherever possible. always responsive and contactable by email both remotely, onsite and by phone when we needed last minute help (we always do). recommendations were on point, and handling large amounts of data, amendments and billings were professionally handled. our requests were all met, and it would be my pleasure to commend TLN to anyone, attn Tammy. :)
