I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jan from The Luxe Nomad's customer service team, and I cannot express how truly outstanding my experience was. Jan went above and beyond to assist us in booking a holiday in Niseko for a ski trip, and I felt compelled to share my exceptional encounter. From the moment I initiated contact with Jan, I was immediately struck by his warmth and friendliness. He greeted me with a genuine smile in his voice, which instantly put me at ease. His willingness to listen attentively and address all my concerns demonstrated a level of customer care that is increasingly rare in today's world. Jan's courtesy was impeccable throughout our interaction. He patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed, and never once made me feel rushed or insignificant. His polite and respectful demeanor was a breath of fresh air. What truly set Jan apart, however, was his promptness and professionalism. He was lightning-fast in his responses, making sure I never had to wait long for assistance. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he effortlessly guided me through the process of booking our ski trip to Niseko, leaving me with a clear understanding of the steps involved. It's clear that he takes his role seriously and is committed to providing the best possible service. Thanks to Jan, what could have been a potentially daunting task of planning a ski holiday turned out to be a breeze. He took care of every detail, from accommodation to ski passes, leaving me with the confidence that I was in capable hands. His dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident, and I couldn't be more grateful for his assistance.

Dear Darryn Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review for Jan. We really appreciate this and on behalf of Jan - thank you for being a wonderful client :) Indeed, planning a ski trip in Japan can feel daunting at times as there are a lot of logistics to organise and knowing which partners (i.e. ski schools etc) are best, is something we are good at. We hope you have the most amazing trip to Niseko with lots of jaPOW. And we look forward to welcoming you back again. Happy Holidays, The Luxe Nomad team

Will have an event soon at this Villa. The important thing is that communication with The Luxe Nomad team was smooth. They responded well and took my call nicely, which you don't necessarily get with other property management out there. So I really appreciate it!
