This is a booking process review.
The reservation team at Niseko Kyo has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, especially Jyan. They were incredibly prompt, attentive, and handled our specific room layout requests with the utmost professionalism and care. Booking a luxury ski trip requires great attention to detail, and Jyan delivered top-tier hospitality before we've even arrived. Highly recommend their service!" Will do another review after our trip.
