Joy Otte made our experience from day…
Joy Otte made our experience from day one of booking so smoothly, stress free. Such a wonderful experience working with her. From booking the hotel, transportation, etc. Always Niseko is the place we stayed. Very affordable, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, great shuttle service from and to hotel, delicious breakfast buffet, happy hour at the bar as well as delicious ramen menu. Looking forward to booking another vacation to Niseko in the near future and definitely hundred percent recommend working with Joy. Very responsive, straight to the point and goes the extra miles to help accordingly.

Fantastic stay at Fenix West…
We had a fantastic stay at Fenix West in Furano. The staff could not have been more helpful with local information and restaurant reservations, as well as running us to local restaurants. All the staff were great, but special shout out to Jess, Katie and Felicitas.

Dear Vicky, We're so happy to hear the team took great care of you. Furano is an authentic Japanese ski town with lots of great local food. Happy you enjoyed your stay at Fenix West too! See you next winter (or summer for the flower fields in Furano?:) The Luxe Nomad team

Our driver
Our driver, Constanza, was prompt, friendly, helpful, and a great ambassador for her company. Her efforts elevated our experience at Fenix Furano

Dear Daniel, Wonderful to hear Constanza was a great driver and took good care of you. It's not the easiest driving in the snow :) Hope to see you back in Hokkaido for the next ski trip! The Luxe Nomad team

Lyndy Rose Cu was perfect.
Lyndy Rose Cu was my guest experience executive and she was incredible. She helped us a lot with all of our questions. And more, she was excellent in her explanations about hotel, liftpasses, shutle bus, equipments and more. She is amazing. Thanks.

Dear Renato Thank you for your lovely review! We're so happy to hear Lyndy took great care of you and we hope you have an amazing stay :) Skiing/Snow boarding can be complicated with gear rentals, passes etc so we try our best to make it easy for guests.
