Excellent service from Jo!
Excellent and professional customer service from Jo at the reservations team. She was extremely helpful, polite, and handled my long-stay request for the 2027 season perfectly. I highly recommend their service!

Last Minute Trip
I made a very last minute booking with Luxe Nomad for a short golf trip. An Nguyen, Madel Irish and Lyndy Rose did their best to make sure that all the arrangements are done and confirmed! A great shout-out to them!

A seamless stay for a family of 10
From the pre check in process with Chintya to the entire stay the trip was outstanding. The villa is beautifully layed out. We were a family of 10 and we all had our own space to retreat to. There was some construction around the villa that was a bit noisy but we were informed beforehand so were prepared. The absolute highlight was the team. Adi and Nopi and the 2 other team members were so helpful and responsive. They were discreet and unimposing when they were in the villa. Always so helpful and informative. The continental breakfast while simple was delicious and a great way to start the day. I would have no hesitation to recommend this villa to anyone. We hope to return very soon. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay seamless from the very first booking enquiry.

Lyndy Rose was outstanding!!!
Lyndy Rose was incredibly helpful, attentive and responsive to all my queries, making bookings and reservation. She was also incredibly quick to respond to all my queries and concerns. An absolute treasure and pleasure to work with.

Exceptional Service and Support from Start to Finish
I had a wonderful experience working with Gizelle Rondero while planning my stay and travel in Japan. She was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful with all the complicated logistics of traveling from the United States with my bike for the Gran Fondo World Championships. She helped coordinate private shuttle transfers and answered so many additional travel questions, including helping with my plans after the race. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made navigating an international trip like this so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and highly recommend her!
