I received prompt and helpful support from Gladys first in booking my accommodation, then with Jan who facilitated the pre-trip concierge services. I appreciated having a single point of contact for all queries from ski lift passes to information about other activities, restaurant booking information, taxi and shuttle information, availability of pajamas in the accommodation and more. Was also a nice touch to receive bedroom slippers and welcome snacks.

And... hopefully that we get to welcome you back again next year :) Early Bird opens in March if you're interested! Wishing you a belated New Year, The Luxe Nomad team
