Jewel was incredibly helpful in pre-trip planning, staff on arrival including Finn and Petro also great, and our 2 bedroom apartment was very nice - super easy ski in / ski out

Great properties, lovely staff - in one of Japans most beautiful ski resorts!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Gizelle Rondero and the entire The Vale Rusutsu Guest Services team for their outstanding support. From the very beginning of my planning process, Gizelle and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They patiently assisted me with transportation arrangements, equipment rental inquiries, dining options, and all the small but important details that truly make a ski holiday seamless and stress-free. Every question was answered clearly and promptly, and I always felt well taken care of. Their level of service reflects genuine care for guests, not just efficiency. It made a big difference and gave me great confidence ahead of my stay. Highly recommended, and truly deserving of a five-star rating. Thank you for such exceptional service — I very much look forward to staying at The Vale Rusutsu.
