Excellent assistance by Niro!!…
Niro provided excellent assistance and service, even helping with getting an expired credit for me! Also provided me with timely updates and useful information for a first time at the skis in Japan! Definitely recommend

My Gold Standard
I have recently returned from an extended stay in Hokkaido and once again, the service provided by the team—specifically Kat and Sharmaine—has been nothing short of exceptional. From the initial booking to resolving on-site requests promptly, their communication is the "gold standard" of professionalism. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, making us feel like valued return guests every step of the way. Whether it was coordinating our stay at Kozue or assisting with complex travel inquiries, their efficiency and warmth are truly impressive. If you are looking for a team that genuinely cares about your experience in Japan, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used to run reservations personally when we first started the company and our golden mantra was to treat every guest as if it were our family or close friends heading on holiday. We might not get it right 100% all of the time (we are human after all haven't turned into bots just yet!), but I'm glad to say I can see that everyone from our front of house to our reservations and guest experience team - genuinely cares. We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at…
We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at Niseko Kyo in Feb 2026. Service was superb from reservations up to our stay and the team helped us to book everything. Only feedback would perhaps to increase variety for breakfast.

Ski in and out, ski valet, private onsens - what more does one need :) We hear you on the feedback for breakfast, it was their first season and we totally agree more variety is needed. Next winter we will have a breakfast chef and a la carte menu - so please do come back again. A wonderful experience with NISADE
A huge thank you to Gracie, who was extremely helpful, responsive, professional and courteous. The overall service, care, and attention of the NISADE team is top notch. We have been going back to Maples in Niseko for many years and the experience continues to be memorable and iconic. Thank you NISADE!

Satisfactory Resolution
I am delighted to say that following my review cautioning against this company’s rigid returns policy, it agreed to return in full only deposit due to the exceptional circumstances of my case. They were exceedingly helpful once the case had been reviewed by more senior management. I was very happy to be able to get a refund which means I can now rebook more suitable accommodation.

Excellent service
I am very happy with how extremely helpful Jessy Ong was in getting me prepared for my trip to Niseko; their services are much needed especially for a first-time visitor such as myself. Jessy went above and beyond making sure my inquiries are addressed and ensuring I make the most out of my trip! I highly recommend their guest services!
