Bad customer service, they don't reply any of the messages or anywhere I tried to contact them, after you purchase the products. We didn't receive what we paid for and they don't take responsibility for the missing items. NOT RECOMENDED be careful with these guys.

Customer Service was great when I was worried about the bounce house arriving on time! Jessica responded promptly to my emails and concerns! I bought it (kind of last minute) for my granddaughter's birthday, and it arrived in plenty of time! Thank you, Jessica, for putting this GiGi's mind at ease!
