Paid $500 for "publishing services." Their contract uses the IngramSpark logo to imply a partnership that doesn't exist. IngramSpark confirmed in writing (Aug 2026) that this company is not affiliated with them and advised me to stop payment immediately. I was contacted by five different "employees" using different names, addresses, and phone numbers, none of which trace to a real registered business. No refund after formal written termination. This is not a serious company, its a scam.

THIS IS NOT THE REAL LIGHTNINGINGSOURCE COMPANY. LIGHTNINGSOURCE IS IN TENNESSEE. NOT TEXAS. THEY ACTED LIKE IMGRAMSPARK WITH NAME LIGHNINGSOUCE. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AND USE THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. CALL THE POLICE AND FILE REPORTS LIKE I DID.

Where do I start? You can NOT get in touch with ANYONE at this company. Even when you put in a ticket it is days before you hear from them and if you are blessed enough to have someone call you they do not speak English well. Also their dashboard is difficult to figure out and make revisions. It is not as simple as uploading a file, it is much more complex. IF you have other options stay clear of this company.
